My goal as an artist is to capture a mood and interpret that feeling in my art. To have my work reflect my connection with nature is important to me. Nature is unpredictable, I like to use light to depict the strength and gentleness found in nature. During my art education I learned about different styles and explored different mediums, in the process I was finding my voice. I live on beautiful Kootenay Lake, BC and everyday I find my inspiration.
